I have signed up for the thirty day challenge and part of a team with people living in Thailand including Rob from Leave the Office.
I am watching some of the videos and while none of the stuff is ground breaking, Ed is an excellent presenter and teacher. There is nothing better than doing some kind of challenge to get motivated, network with like minded people and learn a thing or two. There is also a huge community of people participating. Nothing like a bit competition.
Anyone else taking the challenge?

I should have a chance to look throught the 30DC stuff tomorrow night. To be honest I haven’t really studied what it all entails, so this will be a learning experience for me.
I’m hopeful that it will provide some good grounding in areas that I need to learn more like SEO and general internet marketing tactics. The best way I seem to learn is to dive in without really knowing what I’m doing and let it all soak in through the experience.
Should be good.
Rob
Good luck with the 30DC I am sure you will rock it. Hey have you checked out the upcoming Postiecon Conference? It is free gathering of blogger pro’s sharing their knowledge on making your blog financially sustainable, along with many other ideas. Anyway, good luck with the 30DC
Rob, there’s nothing really difficult in the videos. I had never even installed the stumbleupon tool bar. Some of my sites weren’t even in their system, so it is helping already. BTW, thanks for the beer!
Saul, I didn’t know about the conference. I would really like to go to Pubcon, but I have to check how much airfares are going to be – currently in Thailand.
Hi Mike,
Popped over here from WN forums. I’m considering doing the 30DC, room for one more on the Thailand team?
Colin
Colin,
You might want to head over to the 30DC forums and make a post there. Searching on Thailand you should find the thread. I think Ed is recommending not to have more than 5 people which is what the team currently has.
