In terms of monthly cashflow, my websites perform better. Costs are relatively low. I do spend hours working on them though. My property costs are fairly high, taxes, insurance, loan repayments and so on. I don't have to much "work" though to make money. Property also has higher potential capital gain. I find it interesting how different people approach online business, and the various ways that they manage their ventures. At any rate, Motivation and Patience I have... though I admit Project Management and sometimes even Time Management are my weaker points. That's something I'm constantly working on, though.
