Site upgrade and new template

I just upgraded my last old mambo sit to Joomla. It is my New Zealand property site. I haven’t had much success with the site, so hopefully the new face lift will help give it a boost.

I am also planning some new features for the site. I have now consolidated most of my sites now with dreamhost, which is going to save on hosting charges this year.
