PR Update

It looks as though there has been an update to Google page rank. Most of my smaller sites now have a page rank of 4.

    Looks like something happened. My directory now has a pr of 5. While my base page has a pr of 3 still, was this just for new sites?

    Was a really strange PR update – seemed to only effect sites and pages that previously didn’t have PR – at least on my sites. That in turn meant that main pages remained at their previous PR while inside pages that didn’t have any PR sometimes came away with higher PR than the main page – go figure???

    I actually noticed exactly the same thing. One of my main sites
    http://mapwow.com
    still has a PR of 4. However, a recently launched blog on the site
    http://mapwow.com/blog/
    jumped from a PR of 0 up to 5.

    The main page has a ton more incoming links and has been around longer. It appears that they must have only updated PR for new sites.
