I had an email today from someone who wants to use my photos from my Tokyo website in an upcoming book (for a fee). I was pretty surprised as I would hardly call myself a photographer.
They actually found my site through flickr.
It really goes to show that what you are doing today can have payoffs, sometimes even a year later.
