Buying a premium domain

I have found a domain that I like and I think I could build a profitable site around it.

Just one problem. The owners want $4000 for it. I am sure most people wouldn’t even consider this. However, if for example you invested the money in shares, you would probably be happy with a 10 per cent return.

I am more than confident I would be able to make more than $400 a year from it. I have a week to decide.
