Cool! Haha, I remember crossing that crazy intersection, and visiting the Starbucks where they filmed that scene from Lost in Translation.

What software did you use to edit the movie? Maybe add a little constant watermark on the bottom right corner?

  2. Mike says:

I use Windows Movie Maker that comes with XP. I also have a program called “Showbiz”. Why do you suggest adding the watermark? For branding or to protect copyright?

  3. Jonathan says:

For branding. If you’re trying to promote your Tokyo site, I think not everyone will finish watching the entire 11 minute film (I didn’t, just skipped to the end) to get to the end and see your URL. Just something I noticed from other clips.

I guess if they get really popular then it would help with copyright issues too.

Thanks for the feedback! I am still thinking and experimenting as to how I can work with video on my sites.

I think people are going to expect more and more from websites for entertainment/information in the future. Video provides a whole new dimension.

I read somewhere kids are spending more time now on the internet than watching tv.
